1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or special cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

• Other Locations: 5-7 business days

• Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer depending on courier services.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure prompt delivery.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and pincode are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

7. Delays or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
